FINANCE / ACCOUNTING OF OCTG

Requirements :

* Male for staff level with maximum 27 years old. Male/Female with maximum 40 years old for supervisory/managerial level
* Degree in Accounting or Management from reputable University with min. 1 year experience for staff level or 3 years experiences of supervisory/managerial roles in OCTG Business for higher level
* Mature individual with excellent analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills and able to operate within and enhance a Team environment
* Strong conceptual skills in developing FICO Department, as well as effective planning and organizational skills
* Applicants must be able to work overtime and willing to travel in many cities in Indonesia
* Very good in English both oral and written is a must
* Computer Literate is a must especially familiar with ERP
* Have good relation with oil & gas company, Migas and related institution

Responsibilities :

* Daily general accounting entries, taxes, reports through ERP system
* Manage daily petty cash
* Manage AR/AP accordingly also direct collect to customers
* Research and recommend pricing policy (market competitiveness)
* Monitoring & controlling budget vs actual expenses.
* Managing stocks, including its reports and traveling to have stock opname
* Reporting and analyzing the FICO system and implementation
* Work closely with banking institution, taxes, etc.
* Handle, monitor and follow up Tenders, Company Assets, etc.
* Handle with good knowledge in Company Legalization (General Affairs)
