We also has set up a 60-MW Captive Power Plant (2 x 30 MW) to take care of the present and future power requirements of the petrochemical and yarns production complex in our factories in Indonesia.

We are currently seeking for potential personnel for the following position, which will be based in Purwakarta, West Java.

Captive Power Plant Instrumentation Engineer
(Jawa Barat – Purwakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Job Purpose
o To assist Head of Instrumentation in maintenance activities of field instruments, DCS, PLC programming, analyzers and calibrations. Should be able to troubleshoot instrumentation related problems.

* Job environment
o 2 x 30 MW Captive Power Plant consisting of two 100 TPH capacity high-pressure coal fired boilers and two steam driven turbines. The main plant is controlled by Foxboro I/A series DCS and has numerous PLC subsystems. Woodward governors, machine monitoring system and MMIs. Field instrumentation include various makes of MOVs, VFDs, Analyzers, Control Valves and Cylinders.

Requirements:

* S1 Engineering in Instrumentation/ Electrical with 1 – 3 years in Instrumentation field
* Age around 24 – 26 years old
* Special skill required :
o Exposure to PLCs
o DCS
o Calibration
o Control logics

* Major responsibilities :
o Troubelshooting of Logics, Circuits and Control.
o Job Planning
o Shift handling
o PM Schedules
o Spare Indenting
* Well conversant in operating computer, Ms. Office.
* English proficiency both writing and speaking is an advantage to the candidate.
