Building Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

* Male, Age Max 35 year(s) old.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): English.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should have general knowledge of highrise building trades including electrical, plumbing and airconditioning.
* Applicants should have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Applicants should be proven as team-builder/coach.
* Applicants should posses technical proficiency above average.
* Applicants should be willing to work in DP Mall.
